Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in social science discipline, Development studies from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate conflict analysis, transformation and peace building activities in the project area at school and community level
∎ Formation of different forum like CSOs, Students group, etc in her/his assigned area
∎ Implement project intervention as per project needs and the direction of management team
∎ Coordination project activities in 2 unions (with 2 CSOs and 4 high schools) and support to Project Coordinator regarding activities at sub-district and district level;
∎ Continuous support of the work of young and adult key actors (csos and at high schools), participation in their meetings;
∎ Accompanying dialogue meetings with local authorities;
∎ Accompanying joint actions of local level key actors regarding ongoing conflicts over natural resources in the working districts;
∎ Communicating with local authorities;
∎ Coordinating public events (e.g. Fairs, peace weeks etc.);
∎ Documentation of project progress.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge on conflict analysis, peace building and conflict prevention, human rights child safeguard etc working with school students and school management committee.
∎ Knowledge on target group formation and mobilisation
∎ Able to make efficient plan and optimum utilisation of available resources
∎ Able to drive motor cycle and frequent field visit riding. Willing to live remote areas
∎ Knowledge on context analysis, data collection, MIS process
∎ Computer literacy on MS Word, Excel, Power point etc
∎ Able to prepare reports.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 16700 (Monthly)
∎ Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Travel Allowance, Health Insurance and Leave benefit will be entitled as per organizational policy.
