• Basic knowledge of supplements, fitness, nutrition and wellness products, or a strong willingness to learn

• Sales and product recommendation skills, with a target-driven mindset

• Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, email); experience with POS, Odoo or e-commerce platforms is a plus

• Good understanding of social media and online customer handling (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)

• Inventory management, stock record keeping and basic reporting skills

• Honest, punctual, disciplined and a strong team player

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail & Customer Service Executive to work in our retail store and online channels. The selected candidate will serve customers, recommend the right supplements and fitness products, achieve sales targets, manage store operations and inventory, and make sure every customer has a positive experience with Nutrition Depot Bangladesh.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers warmly and give quick, friendly service in the store and online.

• Create a positive, neat, clean and welcoming environment at retail stores and at all points of customer contact with ND BD.

• Give correct information about supplements, fitness, nutrition and wellness products.

• Understand each customer’s needs and suggest the right products.

• Achieve personal and team sales targets.

• Handle customer complaints calmly and politely.

• Report bigger or repeated problems to the manager on time.

• Monitor stock and maintain proper inventory records.

• Ensure ND BD online store is fully optimised, customers are served and online deliveries are made on time with full customer satisfaction.  

• Plan and arrange in-store promotions and product displays.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

• Follow market trends and suggest improvements.

• Follow store health, safety and hygiene rules.

• Support content creation for ND BD’s fitness brands when needed.

• Maintain punctuality, dress code and a positive team attitude.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Minimum HSC; Bachelor’s degree in any discipline will be preferred 

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers with strong potential may also apply.

• Experience in retail, e-commerce, fitness or FMCG sector will be an added advantage.
