Job Summary
MZ Media is looking for a supportive and organized Student Success Executive to maintain communication with learners, monitor progress, and help provide a positive learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support new student onboarding and answer routine questions.
Monitor attendance, assignments, and progress where applicable.
Coordinate with mentors or internal teams to address student needs.
Respond to concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Collect feedback and maintain accurate records.
Help improve the overall student experience.
Job Other Benifits
