Supply Chain Assistant

Assist with daily procurement, purchasing, and supply chain activities.

Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and maintain purchase orders, invoices, and related documents.

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and material availability.

Collect quotations and compare prices from suppliers.

Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and other departments.

Maintain accurate purchase, stock, and delivery records.

Follow up on pending orders and delivery schedules.

Assist with stock counting, reconciliation, and reporting.

Support cost control and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
