Team Coordinator – (Oil Chiller)

Coordinate and oversee the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair of oil chillers.

Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with DB oil chillers, particularly in troubleshooting, fault-finding, and problem-solving. Experience with other chiller brands, such as Daikin and York, will be an added advantage.

Identify technical faults, analyze root causes, and guide the technical team in implementing effective solutions to ensure reliable chiller operation.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for chillers and associated HVAC equipment.

Supervise maintenance activities for centrifugal pumps, cooling towers, air handling units (AHUs), and other related equipment.

Oversee and, when required, perform bearing replacement in pumps, AHUs, and cooling towers, along with other mechanical maintenance and repair activities.

Assign tasks to team members, monitor work progress, and ensure the timely completion of maintenance and repair activities.

Prepare and submit detailed technical reports covering maintenance activities, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment performance.

Maintain accurate equipment service histories, maintenance logs, troubleshooting reports, and other relevant technical documentation.

Coordinate with clients, technical teams, and management to ensure the timely resolution of technical issues and maintain service quality.

Monitor equipment performance, minimize downtime, and ensure compliance with established maintenance standards and safety procedures.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members to improve maintenance efficiency and equipment reliability.
