Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline
∎ Masters preferably in Urban & Rural Planning, Social Science, Development Studies
∎ Masters preferably in DVM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Those who are proficient in English will get the opportunity first.
∎ Lead the implementation process of the project with detailed operational planning and budgeting.
∎ Necessary & effective coordination with GO, NGOs, Donors and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Applies the M & E Framework of the project to support comprehensive and quality monitoring of the project performance at all levels following results framework
∎ Follow up the project financial complains and review the expenditures for necessary approval.
∎ Time to time communicate with focal person of respective donor to update and getting technical assistance when required.
∎ Conduct different DRR assessments, site development surveys, meetings, workshops.
∎ Guide, coach, mentor, supervise of the project team members. Regular field visit and provide technical support to project staff.
∎ Performance management of the team members, their capacity building and initiate appropriate disciplinary measures as and when necessary.
∎ Communication with project concerned line management and development partner.
∎ Prepare all the relevant qualitative report and submit to the respective department / donor with in time frame following the format or guideline.
∎ Actively participate in different meeting with camp administration, sectors-clusters and contribute properly.
∎ Organize and support Monitoring and Evaluation, identify the gap and prepare supportive plan for development.
∎ Give clear overview of role and responsibility mainly on SD infrastructures design, BOQ,
∎ execution process & community mobilization to the staff and inspire them to perform properly.
∎ Organize staff performance appraisal and provide management support.
∎ Support in problem solving, conflict resolution and take proper decision.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
∎ At least 5 years field experience and at least 3 years the similar field experiences on site improvement & community infrastructures development and operational management in camp
∎ Demonstrated capacity in project management with conceptual understanding
∎ Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Team building capacity
∎ Strong critical and analytical thinking capabilities
∎ Practicing gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
∎ Skill to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license

Salary: Negotiable
