Responsibilities & Context
Candidates with 15 to 18 years of residential apartment sales experience in the Bashundhara Residential Area, preferably from a reputed real estate company.
Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Lead the sales team to generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve revenue targets.
Identify potential buyers through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
Handle high-value clients, arrange site visits, present luxury apartments, and negotiate sales.
Build strong customer relationships and expand the client network.
Monitor market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and customer preferences in Bashundhara residential area.
Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Relations, and Accounts for promotions, bookings, payments, and handovers.
Monitor team performance and ensure timely achievement of sales targets.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for Management.
Ensure accurate sales documentation and compliance with company policies.
