Responsibilities & Context
- Oversee residential construction projects to ensure timely completion within approved budgets and schedules.
- Supervise project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure quality and productivity.
- Monitor construction progress, manpower, materials, costs, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams to resolve technical issues.
- Review construction quality, progress reports, contractor bills, and project documentation.
- Manage daily operations and coordinate with all relevant departments to achieve company objectives.
- Develop operational plans, budgets, and cost-control measures to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, project-wise targets, and revenue generation.
- Identify business opportunities and recommend strategies for sales growth and business expansion.
- Coordinate apartment handover, project readiness, and customer satisfaction with relevant teams.
- Identify operational challenges and business risks and implement corrective measures.
- Prepare periodic operational and business performance reports for management and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Any other job-related duties assigned by management.
