Educational Requirements:
∎ A post-graduate degree, preferably in Business Studies from any reputed university and CA Course completed (Certificate Level completed will be given preference) from reputed chartered accountancy firm.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
External Audit, Internal Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in preparation of Annual Internal Audit Plan (AIAP) and Implementation of AIAP through proper scheduling, audit execution, staff planning & supervision through field visits.
∎ Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal control system in operation, analyzing existing controls and recommending controls in specific organizational systems, to provide assurance of operational and technical efficiency at the organization level.
∎ Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations,
∎ Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.,
∎ Execute risk based and process-based audit and ensure quality Audit Reports, Meet Management expectation through positive meeting and discussion with management.
∎ Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement,
∎ Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings,
∎ Maintain effective communication with management and other relevant stakeholders.
∎ Document overall process in a standard manner and prepare audit findings memorandum,
∎ Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions,
∎ Execute special audit, investigation, and other special tasks with adequate recommendation on control measures.
∎ Identify instances of over and under control and provide management with a clear articulation of residual risks where existing controls are inadequate.
∎ Ensure compliance with RDRS Values, code of ethics of IAD, IIA and IFAC by initiating appropriate response to the issue raised by external stakeholders
∎ Proactive coordination and communication with Head Office and different program management of field offices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 1 years’ experience in Internal Audit, External Audit, Accounting, Country's Laws and Regulations and Compliance Services.
∎ Candidates having experience in non-government organization and Microfinance institutions are encouraged to apply.
∎ Sound knowledge of Auditing and Investigation skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of IIA Standards, Country's Laws and Regulations, Risk Management, Finance, Accounts and Compliance.
∎ Analytical Ability, Problem Solving, Negotiation, People Management.
∎ Age may be relaxed for deserving candidates.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary is negotiable for deserving candidates

∎ Each festival bonus is equivalent to one basic salary
