Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for an Assistant Manager/Manager, Product Development to lead timely, cost-effective product and sample development in line with buyer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development from buyer brief to approved samples.
Develop fabrics, trims, washes and constructions aligned with buyer trends.
Prepare costing and cost-saving options with Merchandising.
Manage pattern, CAD and sample room teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Coordinate fit approvals, testing, compliance and production handover.
Monitor development KPIs, report to the CMO and improve processes.
