Agro based industry and Auto Rice Mill Industry., Paddy Purchasing, Quality Assurance or Quality Control., Rice Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent quality of rice.
∎ Establish and maintain quality standards and specifications for raw materials (Paddy), intermediate products, and final products(Rice).
∎ Lead and manage a team of quality control team.
∎ Provide training and guidance to ensure their understanding of quality standards and adherence to established procedures.
∎ Perform regular inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished rice products to identify any defects, deviations, or non-conformities.
∎ Ensure all quality checks are conducted according to standards.
∎ Collect and analyze data from quality control tests and inspections.
∎ Identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, and take appropriate actions to address them. Prepare reports on quality performance and present findings to management.
∎ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and prevent quality issues from recurring.
∎ Stay updated on relevant regulations, industry standards, and food safety guidelines.
∎ Ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety regulations.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers to establish quality requirements for raw materials and ensure their compliance.
∎ Conduct supplier audits and evaluations to assess their ability to meet quality standards consistently.
∎ Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to understand customer expectations and address any quality concerns or complaints promptly.
∎ Take corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction levels.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality control activities, test results, inspections, and corrective actions.
∎ Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in quality control management, preferably in rice mills.
∎ Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
∎ Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.
∎ Experience in implementing and managing quality management systems.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
∎ Proficient in using quality control software, data analysis tools, and MS Office applications.
