Responsibilities & Context
JSK group is seeking skilled and experienced Barista for their Coffee Shop who will responsible for preparing beverages, operating specialized equipment, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, answer menu questions, and offer recommendations.
Drink Preparation: Make coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to exact recipes and customer requests.
Equipment Operation: Use and clean espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and drip brewers safely.
Cash Handling: Process cash and card payments accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Cleanliness: Keep counters, seating areas, and equipment clean and sanitary.
Inventory Management: Restock supplies, track bean inventory, and notify managers when items run low.
