Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ QA Manager oversees a team of QA professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that quality assurance processes are followed and maintained.
∎ QA Manager is responsible for conducting regular audits and assessments of the company's quality management system to ensure that it meets or exceeds quality standards.
∎ QA Manager works closely with other departments, including production, engineering, and customer service, to ensure that quality assurance processes are integrated throughout the organization.
∎ QA Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining all quality assurance documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality records.
∎ QA Manager ensures that the company is in compliance with all regulatory requirements, and participates in regulatory compliance activities as needed.
∎ QA Manager is responsible for conducting root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of quality issues and implementing corrective actions to prevent them from occurring in the future.
∎ QA Manager is responsible for providing training and education to employees on quality-related topics to ensure that they understand and follow quality assurance processes and procedures.
∎ QA Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement efforts across the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Responsible for final approval for releasing of Finished Product.
∎ Facility Audits, Quality Management Systems and Improvements.
∎ Final judgment of purchased materials and components whether or not these are to be released in case they are non-conforming.
∎ Review Quality Manual and approval of routine procedures, operational procedures of the site.
∎ Co-ordination between all departments to take CAPA if violations are observed in the internal audit as well as external audit (public authority, notified body and customers).
∎ Control & manage routine jobs in accordance with the administrative system of the site for QA department.
∎ Responsible for review & final approval of packaging design.
∎ Implement an effective change control process in any change is initiated by any department.
∎ Ensure no product is released without issuing of certificate of analysis (COA).
∎ Control and manage all the routine jobs in accordance with the planned arrangement of QA department.
∎ Conduct company-wide GMP & ISO training of all personnel to enhance their knowledge.
∎ Analyze all customer complaints and take necessary corrective and preventative actions for rectification.
∎ Review of suppliers & handling of supplier audit
∎ Handling, evaluation and overall management of Quality objectives & records as per ISO 13485 guidelines.
∎ To guide and monitor to ensure implementation of cGMP in every aspects of routine operation and ensure fulfillment of regulatory requirements
∎ To plan and coordinate for preparing, reviewing and regular updating of SOPs, Quality Manual, manufacturing process, specification & method of analysis and other relevant document.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7/12 years of experience in a Quality control management role within the medical device industry.
∎ Experience in managing a team and implementing medical device
∎ Regulatory requirements.(ISO 13485)
∎ Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical device production and quality compliance.
∎ Expected salary should be mentioned in the application along with designation and salary of current working organization.
