Job Location: Division Level (1 position per division across Bangladesh)
Job Context & Responsibilities
Manage sales operations and dealer expansion within the assigned division.
Drive territory marketing initiatives to achieve division-wide sales targets.
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing clear direction and strategic guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with district and upazila level dealers.
Handle crisis management and distribution logistics effectively in the assigned area.
