Min 5 years of Construction Site Supervision experience, preferably with PHC or other Precast RCC Piling system and having minimum 2 years of experience as Sr. Asst. Engineer.
Knowledge of PHC Pile Types, Specifications and Installation methods
Ability to read and interpret structural and geotechnical drawing
Understanding the Pile layout plan and installation tolerance
Safety and quality assurance related to the pile driving
Familiar with precast pile driving machines
Site monitoring and reporting
Problem solving on site
Good communication skills
Responsibilities & Context
Manage, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of technical support engineers. Establishes individual performance metrics, evaluates team outputs, and cultivates a highly motivated, target-driven team culture.
Ensure that PHC Piles are delivered, stacked and handled to the project site properly
Supervise the installation of the PHC Spun Piles correctly, safely and in full compliance with the design specification and quality standard.
Acting as key technical liaison person between the supplier, pile driving company and the client
