• Understand & Tailor Solutions: Listen carefully to clients and offer solutions customized to their business requirements.

• Drive Results: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including call targets, conversion rates, and quality standards.

• Probationary Period: BDT 15,000 – 20,000 per month.

• After Confirmation: BDT 20,000 – 25,000 per month.
