Job Context
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable Office Executive to support daily office operations, product sampling, delivery coordination, and marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily office operations and administrative activities.
Prepare and arrange product samples for distribution to customers, partners, or other relevant parties.
Deliver product samples or parcels to designated locations when required.
Coordinate sample dispatches and delivery-related activities.
Provide operational support to the marketing team, including sample distribution and promotional activities.
Assist with product arrangement, documentation, and basic record-keeping.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Perform occasional fieldwork related to sample delivery, marketing support, and other official tasks.
Carry out additional responsibilities assigned by management.
