• Basic understanding of delivery, return, exchange, and refund policies.

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate with team members.

• Ability to manage multiple customer messages simultaneously without compromising accuracy.

Job Context

We are looking for a responsible, active, and customer-oriented Page Moderator to manage our social media page, communicate with customers, handle online orders, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media pages and respond quickly to customer messages, comments, and inquiries.

• Communicate professionally with customers in both Bengali and English.

• Provide accurate information about product prices, features, availability, offers, and delivery charges.

• Handle customer inquiries and assist customers throughout the purchasing and ordering process.

• Take customer orders accurately and maintain accurate order records.

• Follow up on customer inquiries, pending orders, and delivery updates when necessary.

• Handle customer complaints and provide support regarding return, exchange, and refund policies.

• Manage multiple customer conversations efficiently while ensuring timely responses.

• Coordinate with the relevant team to resolve customer issues and update order statuses.

• Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach in all communications.

• Monitor page activities and ensure all messages and comments are addressed during assigned working hours.

• Support the team in maintaining customer satisfaction, improving online engagement, and increasing sales conversion.
