Responsibilities & Context
Collect quotations and samples according to the requisition.
Monitor material availability, inventory levels, and stock.
Follow up on purchase orders, pending supplies, and material delivery schedules.
Collect bills from suppliers and proceed with payment.
Prepare supply chain reports, inventory updates, and KPI dashboards using Excel and ERP.
Regularly visit the market.
