Our company is seeking an experienced, proactive and results-driven individual to oversee its plastic manufacturing operations for electrical accessories including switches, sockets, plugs, switch plates and related products. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of plastic injection molding, production planning, quality control, machine maintenance coordination and workforce management to ensure efficient production, consistent product quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily injection molding operations to meet production targets and delivery schedules.
- Manage production of electrical accessories, including switches, sockets, plugs and related components.
- Monitor machine performance, cycle time, productivity, rejection rates and equipment utilization.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with approved specifications.
- Optimize machine, mold, material and manpower utilization to minimize costs & wastage.
- Troubleshoot production issues, reduce downtime and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Engineering, Stores and Supply Chain teams.
- Supervise mold changeovers, machine settings and process parameters.
- Maintain production reports, monitor KPIs and ensure safety & 5S compliance.
- Lead production teams and drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
