 Expert in Denim and Non-Denim Tops and Bottoms, including Washes and Dry Processes.

 Lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities.

 Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.

 Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with customer specifications.

 Analyze quality performance data and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

 Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities for quality issues.

 Coordinate customer audits, third-party inspections, and certification audits.

 Manage and develop quality teams through coaching, training, and performance management.

 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve operational efficiency.

 Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
