Responsibilities & Context

• Promote tour packages, visa services, air tickets, and other travel solutions
• Communicate with clients through Facebook, WhatsApp, and phone calls
• Generate new leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional travel-related information
• Follow up regularly with existing and potential clients
• Develop creative marketing ideas for Facebook and other social media platforms
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate customers, and travel partners
• Assist customers with travel planning and suitable package selection
• Coordinate with the Reservation and Operations Team when required
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall sales growth
