ACI Motors has recently launched its Passenger Car Business (GWM) and requires dedicated business planning support to ensure effective operations and sustainable growth. Therefore, a Sr./Planning Executive is required to support business planning, analyze sales performance and market trends, prepare sales forecasts, monitor business KPIs, coordinate annual business plans and budgets, and provide analytical insights to support strategic decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Major responsibilities are:
Assist in developing annual business plans, sales targets, and growth strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts and analyze business performance against planned targets.
Monitor sales trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Analyze vehicle model-wise sales, revenue, profitability, and market performance.
Prepare periodic business performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Support Annual Business Plan (ABP) preparation, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams for effective business planning.
Analyze dealer and showroom performance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Conduct market research and feasibility analysis for new models and business expansion.
Track key business KPIs and recommend actionable strategies to improve operational performance.
