Responsibilities & Context
A. Visa Processing & Documentation
Advise clients on visa requirements, application procedures, and supporting documents.
Process tourist, business and other visa applications.
Verify passports, application forms, financial documents, and supporting paperwork.
Prepare visa files and assist with embassy appointments, VFS/VAC procedures, and document submissions.
Track application progress, update clients, and maintain accurate records.
Stay updated on visa regulations and documentation requirements.
Handle client inquiries professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Prepare visa processing reports for management.
B. Air Ticketing & Reservation
Manage domestic and international flight reservations and ticket issuance.
Check flight schedules, fares, seat availability, and ticketing rules.
Provide accurate fare quotations and travel itineraries.
Handle ticket re-issuance, cancellations, revalidation, and refunds.
Use GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
Verify passenger details and booking information before ticket issuance.
Maintain booking records and coordinate with airlines and travel partners.
Provide professional customer service and after-sales support.
Coordinate with internal teams and prepare ticketing reports.
