Job Description
Flyger Academy is looking for an experienced Visa Processing Instructor with strong practical knowledge of Tourist and Business Visa Processing, along with a basic understanding of Student Visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
We are seeking a professional who can conduct structured training sessions, explain visa procedures clearly, and help beginner students develop practical skills through hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical training sessions on Tourist and Business Visa Processing.
Teach visa documentation, application procedures, appointment scheduling, and country-specific requirements.
Explain visa procedures clearly through practical examples and demonstrations.
Guide students through practical exercises, review their work, and provide constructive feedback.
Conduct engaging classes, answer students' questions, and support their learning progress.
Educational Qualification
Minimum HSC or equivalent.
Relevant professional training in Visa Processing or Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on professional experience in Tourist and Business Visa Processing.
Additional Requirements
Strong knowledge of visa application procedures, documentation, appointment scheduling, and country-specific requirements.
Strong teaching ability, with the confidence to explain complex visa procedures clearly to beginner students.
Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
Previous teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
