Job Context:
∎ We are looking Area or Divisional Sales expert for Naba Global Limited (a sister of concern Naba Construction & Chemical Company Ltd).
∎ Area Manager/ Divisional Sales Manager for Construction & Chemical.
∎ Job Location: Any Districts in Bangladesh.
∎ Sales Target: 6 Ton
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving value and volume sales target in the demarcated area in stipulated periods of time.
∎ Handle and manage key customers by customer visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to Line Manager.
∎ Developing dealer, Sub-dealer and Channel Partner in new market.
∎ Maintaining relationships with external stakeholder to get optimum result.
∎ Demonstrating and presenting products.
∎ Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
∎ Direct sales activity: Visit construction sites, govt. and non govt. stakeholder.
∎ Candidate having experience in Cement industry, Rod Industry is highly encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Direct Sales, Trade and Dealer Channel, Sales & Marketing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Direct Sales, Trade, Dealer or Channel Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Chemical Industries, Developer, Manufacturing (FMCG), Steel, Trading or Export/ Import
∎ Experience in sales/ marketing division will get Preference.
∎ Good attitude, Good communication skill, Good leadership, Marketing, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Negotiation Skill etc.
∎ Must have bike
Salary: Tk. 30500 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile 500 Taka
