Responsibilities & Context
Lead overall Sales, Marketing & Business Development with clear revenue ownership.
Develop new business across RMG, footwear, export-oriented manufacturers and buying offices.
Build strong relationships with global retailers, international brands and sourcing organizations and actively drive brand nominations, approvals and nominated-factory business.
Convert strategic relationships into sustainable business and continuously grow key accounts.
Lead the sales team through structured pipeline management, CRM, customer visits, sampling, quotation and order conversion.
Develop SPAL as a preferred packaging partner, offering complete packaging solutions rather than individual products.
We Are Looking For
10–15+ years of relevant Sales/Business Development experience, preferably in packaging, accessories or RMG.
Strong network with garment exporters, buying houses/offices and international brands/retailers.
Proven track record in new business acquisition, brand nomination and revenue growth.
Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A true “hunter” mentality with strong ownership of targets and results.
