Job responsibility:
Pre-sales product technical discussion in single visit/seminar/ online with sales team
Product installation and training to customer site
Troubleshoot and maintenance/repair where applicable for existing delivery
Prepare technical specification for project/tenders etc. for sales team
Integrate customer needs according to their budget and guide them for exact product
Conduct seminar/webinar/site demonstration with coordination when needed
