Responsibilities & Context
* Develop new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
* Promote and market fire safety and fire protection products and solutions.
* Visit factories, garments, offices, commercial buildings and project sites.
* Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable fire safety solutions.
* Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
* Prepare quotations, proposals and follow up until order confirmation.
* Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and project requirements.
* Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
* Collect market information and identify new business opportunities.
* Maintain regular communication with clients and provide necessary after-sales support.
