Responsibilities & Context
Supervise daily tissue converting operations to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Monitor machine performance, production targets, product quality, and waste levels.
Ensure compliance with production plans, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality Control teams to minimize machine downtime and maintain product quality.
Monitor manpower utilization, material consumption, and production efficiency.
Maintain daily production reports and ensure proper documentation.
Support troubleshooting, process improvement, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
