IT Assistant

Provide regular IT support to employees and troubleshoot common hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.

Install and update operating systems, applications and antivirus software.

Assist with basic network setup and troubleshooting, including routers, switches, Wi-Fi, LAN connections and cabling.

Monitor CCTV systems and assist with camera connectivity, recording checks and basic troubleshooting.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and maintain records of IT equipment and support activities.

Coordinate with users, departments, vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues.

Escalate complex issues promptly and follow up until they are resolved.

Follow company procedures for information security, confidentiality, and safe handling of equipment.
