Responsibilities & Context

• Sourcing & development of fabric & accessories from local and overseas suppliers.
• Communicate with suppliers to have best price, quality, lead-time, delivery.
• Coordinate with Suppliers, Merchandising Team, Design Team, Quality Team and Product Development Team.
• Maintain proper documentation and prepare reports as required.
• Analysis market trend and prepare seasonal collections to support design and marketing team.
• Prepare and submit TC (Transaction Certificate) applications as per buyer requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and relevant departments to collect the required documents.
• Review, verify and approve material TC (Transaction Certificate) to relevant supplier.
• Follow up on TC (Transaction Certificate) applications and ensure timely submission and approval.
• Maintain TC (Transaction Certificate) application records and update the status regularly.
• Ensure accuracy of all documents and compliance with buyer requirements.
• Communicate with supplier to have their updated certificates and share with Compliance Team.
