Waffle & Bubble Tea Chef

Crèmeux is a new Ice cream and beverage destination located in Sector 3, Uttara, Dhaka, specializing in softy ice cream, waffles, bubble tea, iced tea, and other refreshing desserts and beverages.

We are looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Waffle & Bubble Tea Chef. Candidates with or without prior experience are welcome. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training in our menu preparation, recipes, equipment handling, and restaurant operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve menu items according to company-standard recipes, instructions, and quality guidelines.
• Prepare and operate waffle-making equipment, including batter preparation and stick waffle making.
• Prepare softy ice cream, sundaes, toppings, and other ice cream-based desserts.
• Prepare bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, and iced tea, including tea brewing and beverage preparation.
• Cook and prepare tapioca boba, QQ jelly, and other beverage toppings.
• Measure and prepare syrups, sauces, ingredients, and toppings accurately.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, product quality, and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, counters, kitchen equipment, utensils, and preparation areas.
• Perform daily opening and closing cleaning duties.
• Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and proper ingredient storage guidelines.
• Assist with stock checking, ingredient preparation, inventory management, and minimizing food wastage.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Cooperate with team members and assist with daily restaurant operations, especially during busy hours.
• Follow instructions from management and maintain punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct.

Job Context & Expectations:

This is a hands-on food and beverage service position. Employees will be responsible not only for preparing food and beverages but also for maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness and supporting daily operational activities.

Selected candidates will receive practical training on our complete menu, standard recipes, preparation techniques, and equipment handling. Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Employment Details:

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Morning Shift) / 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
• Weekly Holiday: 1 day per week, according to the duty roster.
