Responsibilities & Context
Source potential agricultural loan clients and identify prospective borrowers.
Conduct field visits and assess clients` eligibility for agricultural loans.
Monitor loan utilization and ensure proper follow-up with borrowers.
Follow up on loan repayment schedules and support recovery activities.
Prepare field reports and maintain accurate loan-related documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
