Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic E-Commerce Executive to manage our online sales operations, from product listings and order handling to customer communication.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings on the e-commerce platform and social media pages
Process online orders and coordinate with delivery and inventory teams
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and social media
Follow up on pending, returned, and cancelled orders
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports
Support online promotions, campaigns, and offers
Maintain accurate customer and order records
Willingness to work the 12 PM to 9 PM shift
