We are looking for dynamic, smart, energetic, and hardworking Sales Officers who are passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and achieving business targets.

Job Responsibilities:
Drive vehicle sales by proactively identifying, engaging, and converting prospective customers in line with assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Understand customer requirements and provide professional consultation on suitable vehicle models, specifications, features, pricing, financing options, and related services.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize customer satisfaction and business opportunities.
Generate and qualify sales leads through showroom visits, referrals, corporate contacts, digital platforms, outdoor activities, and other appropriate channels.
Conduct timely and structured follow-ups with prospective customers to maximize lead conversion and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s vehicle portfolio, product specifications, competitive offerings, market trends, and industry developments.
Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, customer preferences, and pricing trends and provide relevant market intelligence to management.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, quotations, bookings, follow-ups, and sales transactions in accordance with company procedures.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of vehicle booking, documentation, payment collection, delivery, registration, and other customer requirements.
Monitor customer payment schedules and follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the concerned departments.
Ensure a professional and seamless customer experience throughout the complete sales cycle, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery and post-sales follow-up.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution.
Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports, sales forecasts, market updates, and customer feedback to the Line Manager/Management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, documentation requirements, and applicable industry standards.
Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, corporate sales activities, and other business development initiatives as required.
Perform any other sales and business development-related responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
