Job Context:
∎ Duty Station: KOICA Bangladesh Office, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate new arriving World Friends Korea (WFK) volunteers in Bangladesh, especially preparing accommodation and arrange local language training
∎ Facilitate to open Bank accounts and buying new phone sim card
∎ Prepare necessary draft documents and letters to related organizations including recipient agencies of WFK volunteers
∎ Make necessary arrangements for site visits and business trips.
∎ Collect necessary information and evidence for procurement of equipment for volunteers' activities
∎ Introduce and visit historical places in Dhaka with the World Friends Korea volunteers' team
∎ Undertake other tasks requested by Program Head, World Friends Korea Volunteer
∎ Consult with the Representatives in case of have any challenges in conducting these tasks
∎ Facilitate to arrange workshop and seminar for WFK Volunteers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bangladesh Nationals Only
∎ Preferable experience in development field
∎ Experienced in working with the International Organizations, Government, public agencies, and civil society preferable.
∎ Skills:
∎ Communication: Proven ability to write in a clear and concise manner and to communicate effectively orally, good report writing skills in English
∎ Analyzing Skills: Ability to make rational judgments for the available information and analysis
∎ Technological Skills: Excellent computer skills knowledge such as Microsoft Office, Internet and others
