Responsibilities & Context
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via Email, chat & online meetings.
Understand client requirements & communicate them clearly to the production team.
Handle client inquiries, feedback, revisions, & issue resolution.
Manage multiple image and video post-production projects simultaneously.
Coordinate with editors, retouchers, designers, & quality control teams.
Create project timelines & ensure deadlines are met.
Monitor project progress & identify potential risks or delays.
Allocate resources efficiently to maintain productivity.
Conduct quality checks before final delivery to clients.
Track project budgets, scope changes, & revision requests.
Maintain accurate project records & reporting systems.
Prepare quotations, proposals, & other project documentation when required.
Research & identify new targeted leads for business development.
Maintain strong & professional relationships with international clients.
