∎ Project Name: More Women Play a Greater Role and are Better Served by Humanitarian Response and Recovery Efforts, Funded UN Women
∎ Location of posting: Multi-Purpose Women`s Center, Ukhiya, Cox`sbazar
∎ Types of contract: Contractual
∎ Duration of Contract : Up to July 31, 2019
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibilities include (not limited to):
∎ Provide Psychological Frist Aid and support to GBV survivors.
∎ Refer survivor for psychological counseling and keep record.
∎ Psychological counseling referred case follow up and keep record.
∎ GBV case received and caseload recorded.
∎ GBV case referred to other service providers and keep record.
∎ GBV referred case follow up and keep record.
∎ Case closure.
∎ Conduct awareness raising sessions.
∎ Communication with CiC, site management & protection actors to ensure proper service for the survivor.
∎ Coordinate with service providers for very sensitive and confidential services like legal service, safe shelter, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum two years' experience working with GBV survivors and especially in a humanitarian setting and/or advocacy programs is added advantage.
∎ Clear understanding of gender, human rights, issues surrounding violence against women and girls.
∎ Experience working in emergency responses targeting vulnerable women and girls.
∎ Knowledge of the local languages spoken in the operation area.
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Monthly Gross Salary will be 45,000/- other admissible benefits such as medical benefit, group life insurance etc.
