The Deputy Managing Director (DMD) role is a high-level leadership position within ACI Motors Limited, emphasizing strategic oversight and operational excellence. The position focuses on achieving business growth, introducing innovative technologies, and engaging stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
Job Responsibilities
Develop strategies for new businesses and deliver the agreed business results.
Periodically review corporate governance progress and provide suggestions where required.
Identify opportunities to improve business and operational efficiency. Where required, analyze business performance and communicate any areas of concern to the relevant leaders.
Explore, evaluate and develop new business opportunities, deliver results and report progress accordingly.
Act as a key senior liaison between ACI Motors and Mitsui, facilitating effective communication, alignment and coordination on key business matters, and ensuring appropriate follow-up on Board directives.
Contribute to developing the organization, team and capabilities required to support the establishment and growth of new businesses.
