We are, a Reputed Company in Bangladesh, looking for suitable candidates for immediate appointment to the following position for our Factory Office (near EPZ, Savar, Dhaka) and Head Office (Dhaka).
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment & selection process (CV screening, interview coordination)
Maintain employee records and HR database
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
Handle attendance, leave management, and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Assist in payroll coordination and employee benefits management
Support performance appraisal and training activities
Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
Verify employee attendance records and collect, verify, and enter OT sheets.
Perform accurate and timely HR-related data entry and updates in the ERP system.
Maintain employee, attendance, leave, and other HR-related information in the ERP system.
