Responsibilities & Context
To monitor and ensure smooth outlet and store operations, including sales, inventory, manpower, customer service, SOP compliance, stock damage/expiry control, FIFO, store audit, and operational standards across assigned outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor outlet-wise sales performance against targets and follow up on performance gaps.
Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure proper operations, SOP compliance, VM, cleanliness, and customer service.
Monitor Outlet Managers and store teams regarding performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
Ensure proper stock availability, replenishment, inventory accuracy, FIFO, and store management.
Monitor and control damaged, expired, near-expiry, and slow-moving stock to minimize inventory loss.
Conduct regular store audits and follow up on audit findings and corrective actions.
Monitor billing, cash handling, discounts, returns, and other operational controls.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and promotional activities.
Prepare regular outlet performance, inventory, audit, and operational reports.
Coordinate with HR, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, and other departments to resolve outlet-related issues.
Support company campaigns, promotions, new product launches, and other operational initiatives.
