Responsibilities & Context
* Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively coordinating with dealers and ensuring consistent sales performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing proper guidance, support, and collecting sales orders.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers to increase sales volume and overall revenue.
* Work closely with dealers and customers to ensure timely credit realization and payment collection.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with dealers to strengthen customer loyalty and ensure customer retention.
* Gather essential market information and prepare comprehensive monthly market reports.
* Keep target customers informed about product specifications, features, benefits, and relevant product offerings.
* Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports while providing timely updates to the Line Manager.
* Generate sales by establishing contact with prospective clients, developing strong business relationships, and recommending suitable solutions.
* Maintain strong client relationships by providing continuous support, information, and guidance, while identifying new opportunities for business growth, profitability, and service improvement.
* Collect, analyze, and summarize relevant information to prepare accurate and timely reports.
* Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the competent authority.
