Executive - Telesales

Make regular outbound sales calls to new, existing and prospective customers from company-provided and self-generated leads.

Receive and handle inbound sales inquiries professionally and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

Contact customers through phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, email and other approved communication channels.

Maintain continuous follow-up with potential customers until the lead is converted, closed or properly classified.

Prepare and communicate quotations, promotional offers and service information to prospective customers.

Handle customer objections relating to price, service charges, travel dates, competitors and other concerns professionally.

Cross-sell and upsell relevant travel products to existing customers.

Reconnect with previous customers and inactive leads to generate repeat and referral business.

Generate new leads through personal networks, referrals, database calling and other approved sales activities.

Maintain accurate daily records of calls, inquiries, quotations, follow-ups, conversions and lost leads.

Update CRM/sales database with complete customer information and follow-up status.

Follow up on quotations and pending payments and support timely collection from customers.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales, conversion and revenue targets.

Maintain professional customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Submit daily and weekly telesales performance reports to management.

Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities and special customer-acquisition initiatives when required.
