Executive/Sr. Executive - Property Security Management (PSM), Sales

BBA/MBA from any reputed university

Capable to handle working pressure, sincere and hardworking.

Candidates should be physically fit and in good health and capable of work under pressure.

Must have a Motorcycle in possession for quick mobility.

Develop and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales/revenue targets for PSM services.

Generate new business from bti handed-over projects, unreached/lapsed projects and external/non-bti properties.

Identify and approach prospective Residential, Commercial and Corporate clients for PSM services.

Conduct client meetings, property visits, presentations and commercial negotiations.

Prepare and submit service proposals, quotations and commercial offers based on client requirements.

Convert qualified leads into new service contracts and project onboarding.

Manage contract renewals, service continuation and revenue retention of existing projects.

Coordinate with PSM Operations to ensure smooth handover and commencement of newly acquired projects.

Maintain proper records of leads, prospects, proposals, negotiations, contracts, renewals and sales pipeline.

Monitor competitor activities, market opportunities and prevailing service rates and commercial practices.

Follow up systematically on all leads, quotations, pending decisions and renewal opportunities.

Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of client commitments, agreements and commercial communications.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline, achievement, forecast and pending opportunities.

Provide management with regular updates on sales performance, market opportunities, challenges and required support.

Ensure all sales commitments remain commercially viable and aligned with PSM operational capacity and company policies.
