Field Force Executive

·         Conduct daily field visits to 3–5 organizations or project sites within the assigned territory, following a structured weekly route plan.

·         Identify and qualify current and upcoming HVAC-R business opportunities, including new construction, expansion, retrofit, renovation, and equipment replacement projects.

·         Gather essential market intelligence, including decision-maker contact details, project status, estimated budget, procurement timeline, and competitor involvement.

·         Record every site visit on the “My Tritech” platform on the same day, including comprehensive notes, relevant photographs, and GPS-based check-in/check-out.

·         Assist with follow-ups and collection activities for outstanding payments and receivables from existing clients.

·         Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with site engineers, procurement professionals, facility managers, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.

·         Report high-potential leads, urgent requirements, and tender opportunities to the Sales Coordination team within 24 hours.

·         Prepare and submit weekly route plans in advance, provide weekly activity and opportunity reports, and participate in monthly performance-review meetings.

·         Maintain accurate and up-to-date field intelligence to support sales forecasting, pipeline development, and territory growth.

·         Represent the company professionally and uphold its service standards during all client and site interactions.
