Marketing Executive

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant discipline.
• Candidates with strong ISP/telecom sales experience may be considered even with different educational backgrounds.

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is preferred.
• Previous experience in ISP, Telecom, Broadband, Technology, or Service Industry will be given preference.
• Fresh candidates with excellent communication and field marketing ability may also apply.

Additional Requirements

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be comfortable with field marketing and direct customer visits.
• Target-oriented and capable of working independently.
• Good knowledge of the local market and different areas of Khulna will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of broadband internet, Wi-Fi, routers, FTTH, and internet packages will be preferred.
• Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Basic computer knowledge including MS Word, Excel, Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, and email communication.
• Candidates having a motorcycle and valid driving license will receive preference.

• Generate new broadband customers through field marketing, direct sales, referrals, campaigns, and local networking.
• Visit residential areas, apartments, offices, shops, businesses, and potential corporate clients to promote iSmart Broadband services.
• Achieve monthly customer acquisition and sales targets.
• Identify new areas, buildings, housing projects, offices, and commercial zones with potential demand for internet services.
• Explain internet packages, pricing, service features, coverage, and promotional offers clearly to potential customers.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective customers until successful conversion.
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers, building owners, local representatives, businesses, and referral partners.
• Collect market information regarding customer demand, competitors, pricing, packages, and service availability.
• Assist management in planning local marketing campaigns, promotional activities, branding, and customer acquisition programs.
• Coordinate with the NOC, Fiber Team, Call Center, and Accounts Department for new customer connections and service activation.
• Maintain daily records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, new connections, and sales performance.
• Support corporate and SME customer acquisition when required.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, outdoor activities, events, leaflet distribution, and local branding initiatives.
• Ensure professional communication and maintain a positive image of iSmart Broadband in the market.
• Perform any other marketing and business development activities assigned by management.
