Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Airline Ticket Reservation, Airline Ticketing, Customer Support, Visa Processing
Job Context:
∎ Reservation Agent Requirements:
∎ Have deep knowledge of GDS systems such as Sabre, Galileo & Amadeus.
∎ Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
∎ Customer-service experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of operating the Travel Business Independently.
∎ Good communication skills with clients.
∎ Contract customers and travel agents to update them about product & promotions
∎ Airline Ticketing & Reservation, Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Ticket using GDS(Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus) Fare computation, etc.
∎ Prepare documentation and all visa application.
∎ Knowledge about Haj & Umrah process.
∎ Other necessary jobs deemed by the Management.

∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
