Sales & Business Development Executive – Interior Design Division

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Preferred: BBA/Marketing, Architecture and Interior Design, Civil Engineering or related fields.

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 14 to 90 years

• Strong interest in Sales & Business Development within the Interior Design industry.

• Ability to identify and develop new client leads.

• Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.

• Ability to understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the design team.

• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

• Willingness to work under sales targets and meet deadlines.

• Professional appearance and confident personality.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Basic understanding of interior design, construction and materials such as MDF, plywood, HPL, veneer, laminate, glass, flooring, ceiling and lighting.

• Strong client-handling and convincing ability.

• Good command of Bangla and English.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.

• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp will be an advantage.

• Willingness to conduct regular field visits.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented and disciplined.

Important:

• Candidates with Interior/Architecture knowledge combined with Sales/Business Development skills will receive strong preference.

• Develop new business opportunities and generate potential clients for interior design projects.

• Communicate with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements.

• Present interior design services, materials and solutions to clients.

• Conduct regular field visits for client meetings, business development and project opportunities.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up on potential leads.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations and business presentations as required.

• Negotiate with clients and support the conversion of leads into confirmed projects.

• Coordinate with the interior design and relevant internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.

• Monitor market trends, competitors and potential business opportunities.

• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
