• Minimum 7 years of successful experience in sales, marketing, or commercial management of engineering products, industrial equipment, or technology solutions.

• Must possess specialization and in-depth market knowledge in at least one of the above sectors.

• Should have an established professional network and excellent working relationships with key buyers, Government agencies, industries, or corporate clients.

• Thorough knowledge of Government procurement procedures, tendering, contracts, and commercial documentation is essential.

• Proven ability to generate business independently, secure contracts, and consistently achieve measurable results.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and computer skills.

• For Sales & Commercial Officer – Defense Activities:

• Candidates should have a good working knowledge of defense procurement procedures, particularly the DGDP tendering and bidding process. Familiarity with coordinating and following up with the relevant Directorates, Inspectorates, and other concerned authorities at the Headquarters will be considered essential.

Applicants should possess specialization and practical experience in one or more of the following sectors:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand business opportunities within the assigned sector.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with Government organizations, public sector entities, industrial clients, and corporate customers.

• Independently manage sales, marketing, tendering, commercial negotiations, contract administration, and customer relationship management.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with international manufacturers and technology partners under supervision of the Company’s senior Management.
